End User License Agreement

1. Definitions

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Ruslan Sinkevich ("Author") for the use of GitBor software ("Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. Grant of License

The Author grants you a non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide license to:

• install and use the Software on any number of devices;
• use the Software for any commercial or non-commercial purpose;
• use the Software within your organization with no per-seat limitations.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• redistribute, sublicense, sell, or transfer the Software to third parties;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
• create derivative works based on the Software;
• remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.

4. Fees

The Software is provided free of charge under this license.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. The license is valid worldwide without territorial restrictions.

7. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

8. Additional Terms

• This license is irrevocable — once granted, it cannot be revoked by the Author under any circumstances.
• The Software does not contain components subject to export control regulations.
• The Software does not incorporate any copyleft-licensed components (GPL/AGPL).
• The Software contains no hidden telemetry: GitBor does not collect or send personal data, repository contents, file paths, diffs, SHAs or commit history without an explicit user action. Network connections are limited to user-selected git remotes, update checks, component or release downloads, and user-configured AI providers in the AI-enabled build.
• GitBor No AI is intended for corporate environments with information-security restrictions: the AI interface is hidden, AI providers are disabled, AI keys are not requested or stored, and no requests to AI services are made.
